Pakistan continues to be submerged after months of flooding and assist is sluggish to come back.

Months of torrential downpours and flooding have hounded Pakistan, and far of the blame is falling on local weather change. However Pakistan’s contribution to greenhouse gasses is lower than 1 %. So how is the world coming to Pakistan’s assist to make up for the harm achieved?
