Footage launched by the NYPD reveals the suspect sitting down earlier than he prices towards the sufferer and apparently makes an attempt to seize his proper arm.

Because the suspect goes off-camera, different bus passengers may be seen fleeing from the incident.

The sufferer walked to Harlem Hospital in secure situation.

The general public is requested to name 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782) if they've data on the whereabouts of the suspect.
