James Bond stars Daniel Craig, Pierce Brosnan pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth

They had been On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.

A pair of 007s remembered Queen Elizabeth following her dying Thursday at age 96.

Actor Daniel Craig, who performed James Bond in 5 motion pictures from 2006-2021, gave a press release to the PA information company.

“I, like so many, was deeply saddened by the information at this time and my ideas are with the royal household, these she cherished and all those that cherished her,” Craig stated. “She leaves an incomparable legacy and will likely be profoundly missed.”

Craig carried out in a sketch with Queen Elizabeth for the 2012 Olympics.

The skit featured Craig, portraying Bond, strolling previous Queen Elizabeth’s iconic and lovable corgis earlier than taking a helicopter to the positioning of the Olympic video games in London.

Pierce Brosnan, who performed the MI6 agent in 4 motion pictures from 1995-2002, posted about Her Majesty on Instagram.

“Relaxation In Peace Your Majesty,” the actor stated. “It was an honor to serve you.”

Sir Sean Connery, the unique film James Bond, was knighted by the Queen in 2000. Sir Roger Moore, who starred in seven Bond movies, was knighted in 2003 for his charity work, having been a UNICEF goodwill ambassador since 1991.
