Jets rookies Garrett Wilson, Breece Hall score first career touchdowns

Garrett Wilson is on the board for the season.

The rookie wideout scored his first landing in a Jets uniform within the second quarter of the crew’s 31-30 win over the Browns, changing a 2-yard go from Joe Flacco on a fade path to tie the sport at sevens.

The rating got here after a gutsy fourth down name from Robert Saleh, who dialed up a faux punt on the crew’s personal 46-yard line. Braden Mann hit Jeff Smith for 17 yards and the Jets had been in enterprise.

From there, Elijah Moore caught a 13-yard go and Breece Corridor ran for 23 yards to set the Jets up contained in the 10-yard line. Wilson then caught two straight passes, the second of which acquired the Jets into the tip zone.

A Jacoby Brissett landing to Amari Cooper gave the Browns a 14-7 lead later within the second quarter.

Later within the half, Corridor added his first profession landing on a 10-yard catch from Flacco, tying the sport at 14, which held at halftime. The Iowa State product went into halftime with 36 dashing yards as nicely.
