However after the lads backed off, Palacios allegedly reached into his backpack and pulled out the ax and commenced smashing tables and the wall within the restaurant whereas patrons scattered in concern.

Palacios is then seen getting again on his bicycle and taking off.

Police later arrested him and charged him within the incident.
