Man stabbed in broad-daylight attack on NYC train: cops

A person stabbed a fellow straphanger who had informed him to cool down throughout a broad-daylight Brooklyn subway experience, authorities mentioned early Tuesday. 

The 49-year-old sufferer confronted a stranger who he believed was talking too loudly — presumably whereas on the telephone — on board a northbound No. 2 practice approaching the Bergen Avenue station in Prospect Heights round 12:40 p.m. Monday, cops mentioned.

The comment riled up the person who had been absorbed in dialog, police mentioned.

He pulled out a knife and stabbed the rider within the again, cops mentioned.

The sufferer was taken to Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in secure situation, with a puncture wound. 

The assailant fled out of the station on foot.
