An ice cream truck driver on Staten Island was arrested on Monday for allegedly luring a 10-year-old lady into his truck, cops stated.
Jonathan Castro, 20, allegedly picked the kid up at Harbor Highway and Forest Avenue in Mariners Harbor on Sunday and took her for a trip, in line with police.
The lady initially advised her mother and father she had been kidnapped by the motive force. She then advised cops that a man grabbed her wrist as she was heading right into a deli close to Harbor Highway.
