Sylvester Stallone insists there’s been no wrongdoing on his half in the case of his marital belongings with soon-to-be ex-wife Jennifer Flavin.
The 76-year-old actor denied Flavin’s allegations that he “engaged within the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital belongings which has had an antagonistic financial influence on the marital property,” in paperwork seen by The Submit.
Flavin demanded that the “Rocky” star be prohibited from promoting or transferring any belongings throughout divorce proceedings.
“The wedding between the events is irretrievably damaged,” her submitting final week famous.
Stallone accepted Flavin’s request to have “unique use” of their Palm Seaside property.
The Submit has reached out to Stallone’s reps for remark.

The previous mannequin, 54, filed paperwork to dissolve her two-and-a-half-decade marriage to the actor on Aug. 19.
