The Brooklyn driver who by accident knocked down his girlfriend as she received into his automotive, fatally placing her within the path of one other car, has been busted for having a suspended license, cops mentioned Monday.
Oddly Michel, 48, didn’t understand his 46-year-old girlfriend was attempting to climb into his Jeep Cherokee at St. John’s Place and Rochester Avenue in Crown Heights simply after 2 a.m. Sunday when he began driving off — inflicting her to fall into the road, cops mentioned.
The girl — whose title has not been launched pending household notification — was then struck by the motive force of a black SUV on St. Johns Place, cops mentioned. The SUV driver fled, police mentioned.
The girl was taken to Kings County Hospital and declared useless, based on police.
Michel stayed on the scene and was cuffed when cops found he was driving with a suspended license, authorities mentioned.

He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motorcar and slapped with a license restriction violation, cops mentioned.
The SUV driver continues to be within the wind.
