A Los Angeles tavern proprietor slammed the town council Thursday for overlooking the crime disaster after a surprising video confirmed a homeless man throwing a bag of feces at him exterior his restaurant. 

Proprietor of Blue Canine Beer Tavern Paul Scrivano joined “Fox & Mates First” to debate the incident and why he feels helpless after searching for help from the town.
