On September 30, Captain Ibrahim Traore led a coup to turn out to be Burkina Faso’s new chief, deposing Paul Henri-Damiba, who had solely come to energy in January by his personal coup. So, what are the circumstances that allowed for the West African nation to face two coups in simply eight months?
