Kate Middleton thrived in royal family, while Meghan Markle left: author

Nicholl additional implied that the Princess of Wales has achieved her late mother-in-law proud.

“[Kate’s] biggest success has been to carve her personal position inside the royal household to create an identification of her personal. And really, that’s not straightforward. It’s not straightforward [to be] within the shadow of Diana, however she’s managed to do it.”
