Court denies Lindsey Graham’s bid to duck testifying in Georgia vote probe

The senator contended that the calls with Raffensperger had been a part of a “legislative fact-finding” mission.

“Graham has didn't display that this method will violate his rights underneath the Speech and Debate Clause,” the courtroom mentioned Thursday.
