Davante Adams charged with assault after shoving photographer in Kansas City

Davante Adams has been charged with misdemeanor assault after shoving a photographer to the bottom on Monday night time, in keeping with a number of stories citing Kansas Metropolis police.

After the incident, Adams tweeted an apology.

“Sorry to the man I pushed over after the sport. Clearly very annoyed on the approach the sport ended and when he ran infront of me as I exited that was my response and I felt horrible instantly,” he wrote. “Thats not me..MY APOLOGIES man hope you see this.”

NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero reported on Tuesday that the league is weighing self-discipline for Adams, together with a possible suspension.

The Raiders traded a first-round and second-round decide to the Packers this previous offseason for Adams and instantly signed him to a five-year, $141.25 million contract.

Adams has 29 catches for 414 yards and 5 touchdowns in 5 video games thus far this season.
