School and Professional Soccer Corridor of Famer Charley Trippi, a do-it-all participant for the College of Georgia and the Chicago Cardinals, died Wednesday at 100 years previous.
Trippi was a part of the Cardinals’ famed “Million Greenback Backfield,” assembled by proprietor Charles Bidwell, which gained the 1947 NFL title.
