Fergie honored the Queen on Twitter on Sept. 8 shortly after her passing.

“I'm heartbroken by the passing of Her Majesty the Queen. She leaves behind a unprecedented legacy: probably the most unbelievable instance of obligation and repair and steadfastness, and a relentless steadying presence as our head of state for greater than 70 years,” she wrote.
