The person charged with fatally stabbing two folks and wounding six others throughout a crazed rampage on the Las Vegas strip was in the US illegally and has a felony document, based on a report.
The 32-year-old alleged attacker, Yoni Barrios, is a Guatemalan nationwide with a felony document in California, a supply with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed to Fox Information.
