The web sites of a number of US airports had been taken offline Monday morning, with a pro-Russian hacking group claiming duty.
In keeping with Bleeping Pc, the group generally known as Killnet launched a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) assault, making the affected airports’ web sites unavailable. Representatives for LAX and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Worldwide Airport advised FOX Enterprise that their web sites are again up and working and that operations at their airports weren't impacted.
