Pebbles, world’s oldest dog, dead at 22: ‘She will be deeply missed’

Pebbles — the world’s oldest canine at 22 — died Monday at her dwelling in South Carolina, simply months away from her twenty third birthday, stated the canine’s Instagram account.

The 4-pound toy fox terrier, who earned the title of oldest canine in Could from Guinness World Data, handed away of pure causes after spending her closing months alongside her house owners Bobby and Julie Gregory, in accordance with a press launch.

“She was a once-in-a-lifetime companion, and it was our honor to have had the blessing to have had her as a pet, and member of the family,” wrote Julie. “She will likely be deeply missed.”

Pebbles and her late accomplice Rocky — who died in 2016 — each loved listening to nation music and had 32 puppies collectively.

“She impacted everybody she encountered,” Julie wrote. “There was by no means anybody who met Pebbles that didn’t love her. She will likely be deeply missed.”
