Russia accuses Ukraine of executing more than 10 POWs

Russia’s defence ministry on Friday accused Ukraine of executing greater than 10 Russian prisoners of conflict in what Moscow mentioned constituted a “conflict crime”, the most recent allegation of abuse within the practically nine-month-long conflict.
