The Ethiopian authorities and rebels pledge to hurry up help in war-torn Tigray.
Ethiopia’s authorities and rebels have agreed to permit rapid humanitarian entry to Tigray and different areas within the north.
The pledge, signed in Nairobi, Kenya, is the newest step in direction of ending two years of battle.
It follows final week’s talks on implementing a peace deal agreed at the start of November.
The battle has killed tens of 1000's of individuals and compelled hundreds of thousands from their houses.
So, is peace in northern Ethiopia potential?
