California sheriff’s deputies arrest 12-year-old for allegedly threatening to shoot up middle school

A 12-year-old California boy was arrested Monday for allegedly threatening to shoot up a center college. 

Deputies responded to a “suspicious circumstances name” Monday from Mesa Linda Center Faculty in Victorville, which is about 80 miles northeast of Los Angeles. 

The caller instructed deputies with the Victorville Police Division that a number of college students had heard one other scholar threatening to shoot up the college. 

Investigators recognized the suspect as a 12-year-old male scholar. The coed was situated on campus and arrested, in accordance with a press launch from the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Division. 

No firearms have been on the college or within the possession of the suspect, the sheriff’s division stated. Deputies executed a search warrant of the suspect’s dwelling and situated a number of rifles that have been seized for safekeeping.

The suspect was arrested for legal threats and booked at San Bernardino County Juvenile Corridor. No additional particulars have been launched.
