Does the battle for Soledar mark a new phase in the Ukraine war?

Ukraine has refuted Russian claims its forces have captured the japanese city of Soledar.

Regardless of the fact, preventing has been intense round what's Europe’s largest salt mine in japanese Ukraine’s Soledar.

Almost all 11,000 inhabitants of the small city have left and virtually every little thing above floor is destroyed.

So why has the preventing been so fierce, and does it sign a change in how this warfare is being fought?
