7-year-old boy, father struck by BB pellets in Staten Island drive-by

A 7-year-old boy and his father have been hit by BB gun pellets in a drive-by taking pictures on Staten Island Sunday.

The kid and his 32-year-old father have been strolling in entrance of a kosher market at 2212 Victory Blvd. when the BB-gun wielding suspect opened fireplace from a sports activities automobile round 4:20 p.m., police mentioned.

The dad was struck within the chest and the boy was grazed within the ear. Each have been handled for minor accidents on the scene, in accordance with cops.

The father and son both suffered minor injuries.

The suspect was driving a black Ford Mustang with no license plate and fled on Victory Boulevard in the direction of Richmond Avenue.

There have been no arrests.
