Colorado home of killer Chris Watts is sold

The Colorado residence the place Chris Watts savagely murdered his pregnant spouse in 2018 has been offered, in line with a report.

The five-bedroom, four-bath home in Frederick was offered for $600,000, The Solar reported cited a since-removed itemizing.

It had been available on the market since Might when the itemizing stated potential patrons needed to submit a funding dedication of at the least $600,000 from a financial institution.

An actual property agent posted a congratulatory notice on social media to the brand new house owners saying, “It took every thing we needed to get right here!!! So joyful for you guys and may’t wait to see the recollections you make in your new residence!!!” in line with The Solar.

The agent then added “because it’s been requested. Sure, this was the Watts home. It's now the Miller residence and so they can't wait to place love, household and laughter again into this home.”

Watts was convicted of strangling his spouse, Shanann, 34, in the home after which smothering his daughters Bella, 4, and Celeste, 3, at his work website.
