“She [Odalys] all the time used to take her to the bus within the entrance. I might see her day-after-day and she or he would say hello to me. She would inform my daughter, ‘God Bless Her.'”

Lopez stated she smelled smoke and heard screaming simply earlier than 5:30 a.m.
