Former NFL quarterback Jon Kitna testified at his son’s court docket listening to on Thursday.
Jalen Kitna, a backup quarterback for the College of Florida, was arrested in Gainesville on Wednesday and charged with 5 felony counts — three of them for possession of kid pornography and two for distribution of kid exploitation materials.
The elder Kitna, and his spouse, Jennifer, testified that if Jalen was granted bail they'd take him again to their house in Texas. In addition they promised the court docket that they'd be sure that he attends each related court docket date.
Gainesville police stated in a press launch Wednesday that they obtained a tip from the Nationwide Heart for Lacking and Exploited Youngsters that a Discord consumer shared an “picture of kid sexual abuse materials.” An investigation decided that a second picture was shared and that the account belonged to Jalen Kitna.
