An ocean view manse in Hawaii, complete with a 22-car showroom, temperature-controlled wine cellar and Hollywood-style cinema is up for sale for $15 million.
Situated on a rounded cliff on the North Shore of Kauai island, the over 11,000 square feet home is made up of three bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and three kitchens.
The entry to the home begins on the upper living area, which features a wet bar, curved floor-to-ceiling windows with sprawling 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean.

Other amenities include a saltwater pool overlooking the beach, the interior lap pool with fitness center, the outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, the spa or the estate’s very own lagoon-style beach.
In addition to the temperature-controlled showroom, there is also a four-car garage.
“It’s the largest house for sale on Kauai,” Josh Jerman of Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers told Jam Press. “It’s unusual to have a house of this size and stature on Kauai.”
The mansion is also near Anni Beach, with outer reefs and snorkeling activities if you are looking for other activities to do.
Built in 2001 by Dave Walters, the longtime CEO of Kauai-based Pahio Resorts, which was known for its early adoption of the concept of timeshare rentals, the home also sits next to a 1.5-acre lot, which is available for an extra $5 million.
