An Alabama man was arrested for littering after putting flowers on the grave of his fiancée, whose father is outwardly behind the fees.
Winchester Hagans, of Auburn, is dealing with costs of legal littering for the hand-built flower field he put subsequent to the grave of his would-be spouse, Hannah Leigh Ford.
