NYPD seeks man caught on video punching toddler in Harlem: cops

Sickening video reveals a person violently slugging a tot in a Harlem restaurant — and the NYPD is asking the general public’s assist in figuring out the abuser, cops stated.

The footages reveals the unidentified attacker stroll into the Crimson Star restaurant at 147th Road and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard in Manhattan carrying “a small baby” at 5:40 p.m. Saturday,  cops stated.

The video then reveals the person dump the little sufferer on the ground and “strike the kid inflicting the kid to fall to the bottom,” police stated in an announcement.

“The grownup male then places the kid in a stroller and exited the placement on foot in an unknown path,” police stated.

Cops have been alerted to the assault when somebody from the restaurant known as 911. The person and baby have been gone when cops arrived, however police found the surveillance video. 

The kid’s age and gender have been unknown.

By the time the police arrived, both the child and man were gone.

Police described the person being sought as a person between 20 and 30 years outdated.
