Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia have expelled a complete of 20 Russian diplomats, prompting a menace of “an applicable reply” from the Russian overseas ministry.
Bulgaria on Friday gave 10 diplomats 72 hours to depart the nation, Lithuania expelled 4 Russian diplomats whereas Latvia and Estonia expelled three every.
