Russia has instructed Ukraine it will halt its invasion “in a second” if Kyiv agrees to surrender three key areas, Vladimir Putin’s spokesperson stated Monday.

Moscow is demanding Ukraine stop army motion, acknowledge Crimea as Russian territory and acknowledge the separatist republics of Donetsk and Lugansk as impartial states.
