Las Vegas teen accused of sexually assaulting, strangling teacher over grades

A Las Vegas teenager has been accused of sexually assaulting, beating and strangling his trainer after going to speak to her about his grades, police stated.

Jonathan Eluterio Martinez Garcia, 16, was taken into custody Friday and hit with a slew of prices, together with tried homicide, over the alleged assault, the Las Vegas Assessment-Journal reported.

Police stated the teenager had gone to the trainer’s classroom at Eldorado Excessive College on Thursday and have become violent.

“[He] started punching the sufferer and strangled her till she misplaced consciousness,” police stated in a press release.

Garcia then fled within the wake of the assault, in line with cops.

The injured trainer was later found contained in the classroom by a janitor and was rushed to a close-by hospital for therapy.

Garcia was arrested a couple of mile from the college and booked into the Clark County Detention Heart for tried homicide, sexual assault, battery with intent to commit sexual assault, first-degree kidnapping and theft.
