A spokesperson for Burger King instructed FOX Enterprise in an electronic mail that the company “doesn't touch upon pending or potential litigations.”

The grievance requests a jury trial. It alleges that the discrepancy between the marketed sandwiches and the looks of the menu gadgets in actual life is a “misleading commerce observe” that might be interpreted as false promoting.
