Hilarious false alarm revealed after stray lion reported in Kenya

Three Kenyan wildlife officers responding to a report of a lion on the unfastened have been shocked to find that the king of the jungle was truly only a practical picture on a buying bag.

A farm hand within the village of Kinyana close to the Mount Kenya Nationwide Park sounded the alarm after noticing what he thought was a lion outdoors his employer’s house, the BBC reported.

The home-owner had positioned some avocado tree seedlings within the bag – which bears the hanging likeness of an enormous cat – and positioned it in a hedge to cease them drying out, in response to the outlet.

Native chief Cyrus Mbijiwe mentioned that though there had been no latest stories of stray lions, locals had complained that a few of their livestock had gone lacking.

“We handled the incident with a whole lot of warning and seriousness. We first ensured everybody was protected then wildlife officers investigated and found that it was a bag,” Mbijiwe advised the BBC.

When the home-owner returned, she was advised in regards to the sighting and was suggested to enter her house on the opposite aspect of the hedge, so she didn’t instantly notice her bag sparked the panic.

When the wildlife workforce checked extra intently, they realized that the seemingly cowardly lion was simply a picture.
