Moscow expels 10 Romanian and a Bulgarian embassy workers in retaliation for Russian diplomats’ expulsion.
Russia has expelled 10 Romanian diplomats, in addition to a Bulgarian, in retaliation for the same transfer by the 2 nations following Moscow’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
