An off-duty NYPD cop was busted this week for beating his girlfriend in Brooklyn, cops mentioned.
Steven Dulcey, 28, grabbed his gal pal by the neck, punched her within the ribs and hit her within the face throughout a “home incident” at Havemeyer Avenue and Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg round 2 a.m. Feb. 19, police mentioned.
The girl, who can be 28, suffered non-life-threatening accidents.
Dulcey was arrested Wednesday in connection to the incident and charged with assault, cops mentioned.
He has been suspended with out pay from the division, authorities mentioned.
